When did you join WDM and what do you do?
“I’ve been with Washington Direct Mail Mailing House for eight months and I’m a Direct Mail Services Manager, which means I use the company’s IT systems to create, manage and sign off customer jobs. I like the responsibility and my knowledge of the processes is growing every day. The coolest thing about what I do is being able to take an enquiry from a customer and work with them to see their whole job through to the end.”
What do you like about working at WDM?
“I like the way we’re always working toward deadlines and delivery dates. The pressure is always on… and that’s good in a lot of ways because it makes the days go faster and they’re more exciting.”
Why should a customer use WDM?
“We’re good at what we do! That’s why we retain relationships with our customers… they know they can trust us to do a good job for them.”
“I keep active, going to the gym and playing football, but I also like socialising with my friends.”
“Not so much films, but I love Netflix… can’t wait for the new series of ‘Peaky Blinders’ to come out.”
“I love music and spend far too much on buying it!”
