Data Security has been beefed up as part of the recent building refurbishment plan.
“We have vastly improved the physical and informational data security of the premises and client work.” said Jon Beasley, IT Director.
He continued, “This helps provide clients with additional certainty surrounding often personal and sensitive direct mail data they supply and also the actual direct mail print and mailed material as well.
New access control systems are in place across the building. All staff are provided with fobs and access is restricted and controlled wherever there are areas where client data is stored. Cameras monitor movement throughout.
Data transfer is secured by using either our online system which uses a https connection or our SFTP server, and we have an extensive Data Policy that works within the principles of ISO 27001.
Finally, we also have a fully documented Disaster Recovery Plan. This is essential – although of course, we hope never to have to use it – and guarantees our client’s data will survive even the worst that could happen.”
