The compliance officer will be responsible for understanding, communicating and mitigating compliance risks and policy’s across our expanding digital print and direct mail services. This role will ensure all practices are fully compliant with industry regulations, at the same time as improving compliance standards, policies and processes. They will provide project management and bid management, organisation and thoughtful leadership in all areas of compliance, and embed new ways of working into our production processes. This role will actively promote a culture of best practice and consistency in areas all areas of compliance.
The ideal candidate will be experienced, organised, capable of working in a very busy mailing house sales and admin environment, and able to use their own initiative.
